
Armando Babaioff
Biography
Armando Babaioff (Recife, April 1, 1981) is a Brazilian actor, producer, translator. He is an actor, known for Segundo Sol (2018), A Lei do Amor (2016) and Bom Sucesso (2019). He began studying theater at age 11 at Escola Municipal Pio X, in Jacarepaguá, and graduated from the Escola Técnica Estadual de Teatro Martins Penna and the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) in performing arts. He made his professional debut on stage at the age of 15 at the Rei Ator Theater Festival. He acted in the award-winning productions A Fábula da Casa das Mulheres Sem Homens e Quietude by the Quantum Theater Company, winning the Best Actor Awards at the Carioca Theater Festival (2001) and at the VII Festival de Macaé (2001). In 2004, he starred alongside Vera Fischer in the show A Primeira Noite de um Homem, directed, translated and adapted by Miguel Falabella.
